Terms of Service

Try My Ring is a virtual ring try on platform. Shoppers can upload a photo of their hand (or use a size-based model hand) and see how engagement rings, wedding bands, and stacked sets look on their finger at true scale.

The service is free for shoppers. Jewelers and brands may pay to list their rings, run featured placements, or embed our try-on widget on their own websites.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Try My Ring. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may use Try My Ring without an account. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Jeweler accounts are subject to additional verification and payment terms before listings go live.

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, or descriptions you upload. By uploading content, you grant Try My Ring a limited license to process, display, and store it solely to provide the virtual try-on service to you.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexually explicit. We may remove content that violates these rules.

Ring previews are generated using AI and are approximate visualizations, not photorealistic guarantees. Lighting, metal color, stone clarity, and proportions may vary from the final piece.

We do our best to match the ring description, link, or image you provide, but you should always confirm details directly with the jeweler before purchasing.

Try My Ring does not sell rings directly. When you see a ring you like, you may be directed to the jeweler's own website to inquire, customize, or buy. Pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and warranties are handled by the jeweler, not by us.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of jeweler-provided descriptions, prices, or inventory. Please verify all details with the jeweler.

Jeweler subscription, placement, and embed fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Fees and features are described on the jeweler sign-up and billing pages.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You may not use Try My Ring to:

• Scrape, mine, or copy our catalog or user content at scale;
• Interfere with the service, servers, or networks;
• Impersonate another person or jeweler;
• Upload malware, spam, or deceptive content;
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.

The Try My Ring name, logo, designs, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Ring designs, photos, and descriptions provided by jewelers remain the property of those jewelers. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without the jeweler's permission.

Try My Ring is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that previews will perfectly match physical rings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Try My Ring and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including all ring purchases, or any content on the site.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Try My Ring at any time if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.

Your continued use of Try My Ring after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
